Shipping Policy

All products are made to order and personally made by Jackie. As a small business, I do my best to ship orders out in a timely manner. All orders will ship in 4-6 weeks from the order date unless otherwise noted in the description. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   

Shipping Carriers

I ship all orders out via USPS or UPS. At checkout you can select any of the following options.

Local Delivery & Pick-Up

If you live in or around Philadelphia, all orders are available for Local Pickup from my studio, free of charge. Just select Local Pickup as your option at checkout and you will receive pickup instructions in your Order Confirmation Email. 

For Custom Pieces, I will happily work with you to set up Local Delivery options. 

International Shipping

International Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jackie Pepper Green is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of my products, all orders are final sale. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
